The evolution of our firm name from Re-Thinking Urban Sustainable Built Masses - recognizes that our practice has always been inclusive. From designer to builder to owner to developer, we do what it takes and care how it’s done. “Outside our scope” is not in our vocabulary.
Our work is diverse and from small pavllion to large scale master plan of cities. we belive in every project is unique, RUSBM try to give our best. Our range of projects–from houses, schools, religious buildings, community centers to hotels, comercial complex, university buildings, recreation centers, adaptive reuse and historic restorations—are all unique because each project is specific. We are dedicated to advocating for the wants and needs of our clients.

RUSBM Studio was founded in 2017 by Ar. Riyazul Samad Binmohammad with a commitment to making cities better places to live. We believe that architecture and design matter, and that through our work, we can make a positive difference in the world. We strive to create buildings that are not just things in themselves, but serve as catalysts for positive urban and social change.
With over 8 architects 3 urban designers, 1 Urban Planner, 2 Socilist, 1 Activist, 1 Museologist, 1 Conservatinal Architct, 1 Housing expert, 2 Project managers, 2 Interior Designers, 1 Fashion Designer, 2 GIS geo-Specilist, and 4 Draftmans in New Delhi, Lucknow, , and Chandigarh, our work encompasses projects like the Slum Redevelopment, Urban Regeneration, Urban Design & Planning, Urban Infrastructure, Adaptive Reuse & Conservation and master planning projects, high density mixed use developments, multi-family projects across all income bands, corporate headquarters, and buildings for non-profit, institutional and educational clients.
